For canceling an order, if your order shipped from us and can\'t be modified, please contact the us for instructions. Mostly we on StakeDeals offer returns policy and some returns policies may vary. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. We cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, you must return to us instead of StakeDeals and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to us. Not all Store items are eligible for a pre-paid return. In this case, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice. Returns/exchanges for items purchased from us that provided a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) have to be scheduled by us. If an item have missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product. For details on what types of items can be exchanged, this policy refers to color and size exchanges only. StakeDeals doesn\'t price match. If the item you\'re exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we will refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, we will charge you for the difference in price.
