Refund Policy

You must read the refund policy of the StakeDeals before you purchase an item.
For a refund of an order, if your order shipped from StakeDeals and can’t be modified, please contact the StakeDeals for instructions.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase including a video of unboxing the product.

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. 

Once StakeDeals receives your item, will inspect it and notify you that StakeDeals  have received your returned item. If your return is approved, StakeDeals will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method policies.

If an item have missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or as per sellers policies.

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment wallets and then contact StakeDeals, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
