Refund Policy

You can view the refund policy of the Seller before you purchase an item by viewing the “Returns and Shipping Policy” section of the Seller’s profile page.

For a refund of an order, if your order shipped from a Seller and can’t be modified, please contact the Seller for instructions.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. 

Once Seller receives your item, Seller will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. If your return is approved, Seller will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method policies.

If an item have missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or as per sellers policies.

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment wallets and then contact your Seller, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
