Return Policy

You should view the Return Policy of the Seller before you purchase an item by viewing the “Returns and Shipping Policy” section of the Seller’s profile page.

Most Sellers on StakeDeals offer returns policy and some Seller returns policies may vary. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. StakeDeals cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, you must return to the Sellers instead of StakeDeals and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Sellers.

Not all Store items are eligible for a pre-paid return. In this case, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.

Returns for items purchased from a Seller that provided a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) have to be scheduled by the Seller.

The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. If an item have missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request.

Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please view the “Returns Policy” section of the Seller’s profile page.

Following are the some valid reasons to return an item:-

  1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on).
  2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
  3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired).
  4. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e. product not as advertised).
  5. Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable).

Please Note: Certain items may be  non-returnable and are not eligible for return as per seller policies.

Following are the conditions for returns the items:-

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to Seller in an inadequate condition, Seller reserve the right to send it back to you.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Seller packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

Note: It is important to indicate the order number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, Seller reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 7-10 days. Item will be marked as scrap after two (2) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given by the seller.

Once your return is received and inspected, Seller will notify you that they have received your returned item. Seller will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
